Terms & Conditions (Rhythm Dance Wears)

By accessing or purchasing from Rhythm Dance Wears, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1) General

Rhythm Dance Wears reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2) Products & Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Colors and designs may vary slightly due to lighting, fabric batches, or screen displays.

  • Custom-made dancewear is created based on the measurements/details provided by the customer. Accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.

3) Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

4) Custom Orders

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

  • Rhythm Dance Wears is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

5) Shipping

  • Dispatch timelines vary for ready-to-wear and custom items (as mentioned in our Shipping Policy).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

  • Rhythm Dance Wears is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6) Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

  • Sale items, custom pieces, and worn/used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

7) Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

8) Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, the customer must first check with the courier, security, or neighbors before contacting us.

9) Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content belong to Rhythm Dance Wears. Copying, reproducing, or using them without permission is strictly prohibited.
