1) Custom Dance Wear (Made-to-Order)

Because custom pieces are made specifically for your measurements and design, Custom Dance Wear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fit & Measurement Responsibility

  • Custom outfits are stitched based on the measurements you provide at checkout. Please follow our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

  • Minor fitting adjustments/alterations may be required depending on body shape and preference.

Manufacturing / Design Issues
If your custom item has a significant manufacturing defect or does not match your approved design specifications, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue and the packaging
    We will review and, where applicable, offer a suitable resolution (repair/alteration or other appropriate support).


2) Ready-to-Wear Items (In-Stock)

For eligible non-custom items (in-stock dancewear, select accessories, etc.), we offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Must have all tags attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • No stains, odors, damages, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
The following are final sale and not eligible for return/refund/exchange:

  • Tights / undergarments

  • Hair accessories

  • Any item marked ā€œFinal Saleā€ / ā€œNon-returnableā€ on the product page


3) How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, message us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Item name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged/incorrect)

If approved, we will share return instructions.


4) Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).


5) Exchanges

Exchanges for Ready-to-Wear items depend on stock availability. If you need a different size, contact us within the return window and we’ll guide you.


6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll make it right after verification.


7) Order Cancellations

  • Ready-to-Wear orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
