Thank you for shopping with Rhythm Dance Wears. We’re committed to delivering your performance essentials quickly and safely.
1) Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Wear (In-Stock) Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Custom Dance Wear: Custom pieces are handcrafted to your measurements. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before dispatch. We’ll notify you once your custom order is ready to ship.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
2) Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout, but delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, peak seasons, or customs (for international orders).
3) Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided or via the courier’s website.
4) International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International Shipping Rate (Standard):

₹3000 INR per piece for international orders.
Bulk International Orders:

For bulk international orders, please contact us directly for assistance and shipping coordination.
Customs & Import Charges:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT, charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility.
5) Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some courier partners may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address.
6) Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately after placing the order. Address updates may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Delivery:
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Lost/Delayed Delivery:
If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or your parcel seems delayed, contact us and we’ll help coordinate with the courier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with household/security/nearby neighbors first and then reach out to us.
